PopPrice is a quoting tool for balloon artists. Everything you enter is kept on your device: your rate card, your colors, your business details and logo, and the quotes you build — including client names, event dates, venues, and any notes you add.
None of it is transmitted to us. There is no PopPrice server, no sign-up, and no account.
If you're signed in to iCloud, PopPrice mirrors your data to your own private iCloud database so it appears on your other devices. That data sits in your Apple Account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer of PopPrice has no access to it and cannot read, export, or recover it.
You can turn sync off at any time by signing out of iCloud or disabling iCloud for PopPrice in the Settings app. Your data stays on the device.
Quotes usually contain details about other people — a client's name, their venue, their event date. You are the one who decides what to enter, and that information is treated exactly like the rest of your data: stored on your device, optionally synced to your own iCloud account, never sent to us.
If you operate somewhere with data protection law such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, or similar, you are the controller of that information. PopPrice is a tool you use locally, not a processor acting on your behalf.
Sharing a quote as text or a PDF hands the file to whatever you choose in the iOS share sheet — Messages, Mail, or another app. From that point it's governed by whichever service you sent it through. PopPrice isn't involved and keeps no copy beyond the quote already on your device.
PopPrice offers a subscription with a free trial. All purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details, card numbers, or billing address. We receive only anonymised sales reporting from Apple, which cannot identify you.
There are none. PopPrice contains no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking pixels, and no third-party SDKs.
If you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers in your iOS privacy settings, Apple may send us anonymised crash reports. Those contain technical information about a crash, not your quotes. You can turn that off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
PopPrice keeps a small number of local backup copies of your data on your device so a failed update can't lose your work. They never leave the device except as part of your own iCloud or computer backup, and they're deleted when you delete the app.
Deleting PopPrice from your device removes everything it stored locally, including backups. To remove synced data, delete the app and then remove PopPrice's iCloud data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
Because we hold nothing, there's no deletion request to send us — but if you have a question about any of this, please get in touch.
PopPrice is a business tool for balloon and event professionals. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
